If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the item/s 15 days after your purchase for a refund or a store credit. After 15 days you can exchange or return the item/s for a store credit only.

After the item purchased has been received or exchanged please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be complete.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returned items sent to Pip's Squeak. There will be no refunds for shipping and handling unless it was an error on our behalf
